Noisy Circle

A simple circle affected by perlin noise. Mouse X = frequency of the noise Mouse Y = amplitude of the noise Mouse Click = to fill or not to fill - Update 10/02/13: Fixed problem with first and last points of the circle not matching by using sin() and cos() in the noise function.
