Computing for the Arts with Processing is a first course in programming taught for students in Art, Architecture, and Design in the College of Fine Arts at Carnegie Mellon University.
The course is a variant of 15-102 Exploring Programming with Graphics that is no longer being taught by the School of Computer Science.
The class is targeted to students in Architecture, Art, and Design who have little or no prior programming experience. Assignments are intentionally vague in varying degrees to allow students the freedom to experiment and explore programming and Processing.
