Nighttime Illumination - Street Light

The total amount of light in each street is calculated and a percentage distribution among the streets is obtained. This percentage distribution then maps onto the crowd distribution (more the light, more the crowd). Also, as studies show that there is a linear relationship between lighting and crime, the alpha value for red color is increased as the lighting level of the street increases, indicating higher crime rate on these streets.
