Official data from NASA—a catalog of all of the debris measured each year from 1959 to 2011—is plotted as points in space using a modified version of Aaron Koblin's Simple Radiohead Scene Viewer. Left and right arrows toggle between years. Up and down arrows zoom in and out. Click, hold and scroll mouse to rotate view.
