Chaos effect

{{$t('general.by')}}
Here is a noninteractive piece which is about making 'random' / chaotic patterns. The first noticeable level of chaos is the timing for when each red dot appears. The second (and much more difficult to notice) is the placement of the green background (which is a grid that is comprised of "1"s and "0"s). Each time the program renders a frame is a new opportunity for a new arrangement of the grid. Weak points: slow to render. needs user controls.
