Homage to Szpakowski

{{$t('general.by')}}
I was inspired by Michael Szpakowski's sketch that pulls images from New York City traffic cameras. I liked the idea of just using the color information from the image. I spent some time locating a color feed, then I went to work. I wanted a painterly feel to the sketch. It took a little while to get a good balance of animation and also not exceed 200 characters. I have only seen this work at night and do not know if it will work the way I want it to during the day.
