Entities with Neural Network brains evolve to find food. They have simple eyes that can see food and other enitites as well as other inputs to the NN. Besides controlling the movement of the entities, the brains also control their colour (which is visible to others). Typically this will result in the evolution of cooperation. As they tend to signal to eachother when they can see food. This is all my code and there are some problems with it. Feel free to use it for anything. I've got a lot of ideas of where to take this and would welcome any help if anyone's interested.
