Along-tract analysis of white matter in the human brain

{{$t('general.by')}}
This tract group represents a virtual dissection of the left corticospinal tract in the human brain. Streamlines represent white matter pathways, and vertices with like colors will be grouped together for statistical analysis. The plot in the bottom left shows the mean fractional anisotropy (FA) ± SD at each collection of vertices along the tract. This FA metric is sensitive to myelination and other properties of brain tissue.
