The following code can probably be simplified in a few ways. However, with that aside, let me explain. The code is soft-coded to work with any canvas size, such that it is divided into quartiles. The code is run by adjustable timers. One timer controls the delay for switching to the next quartile. The other timer controls the cycle between ellipses and rectangles. Feel free to change the code to your liking! Note:clicking the mouse will erase what is on the screen. Please do suggest changes/innovate/comment.
