InfoVis Concept: "WAVE"

This is a data visualization concept that aims to utilize the wave dynamic to visualize the difference between now and past future. Ideally the past would slowly fade out, indicating the passage of time. This is something I did not figure out yet, so any suggestions are most welcome.
