Draw with a simulated bokeh depth of field effect (rendered in P2D). Left mouse to draw one or more points at the current "focal distance," displayed in the top right corner. Right mouse or C to clear all points. Hit 'W' to zoom in slightly and increase the focal distance or 'S' do zoom out and decrease the distance. Note: Be careful not to let the number of points get too high as it can get pretty demanding.
