Washington/Hercules

{{$t('general.by')}}
A processing sketch contrasting George Washington with an image of one of his slaves, the cook at Mount Vernon, Hercules. We often regard Washington as this legendary founding father but we are quick to forget some of the awful things he did in an era with practices we could not condone today. The goal was to create a juxtaposition between these two portraits and reveal them using particles and color to send provoke thoughts of who we worship and who they really were if we stop and think.
We recovered an unsaved version of this sketch. Please review your changes below.
